Private Sessions
Individualized attention is paid to your personal goals, strengths and weaknesses with this one-on-one session. Using a studio full of quality Pilates equipment, small apparatus and mat work, you will tone up and stretch, learning how to move more efficiently in daily life, and restoring your natural grace and balance.  Private Pilates offers the fastest route to your personal goals.

Semi-Private Sessions
Ideal for partners of the same level of fitness and Pilates experience, who enjoy a small group setting and benefit from one another's motivation. Instruction is for 2 to 3 people utilizing reformers, mat work, and multiple props. This session is usually arranged between 2 people. 2 - 5 private sessions are recommended prior to enrolling in a semi-private class.

Private Group Classes
Arranged by a group of friends at a home, a social group, or by a business at the worksite. Exercises develop your full body strength and flexibility from the core. Limiting class size allows the instructor to be in close contact with each client. Students provide their own location (if outside the studio) and mat; we provide our expertise, bands, balls, and other props.

Pilates Workshops
Expand your Pilates practice through our special event workshops. Each workshop centers around a unique theme and/or topic that will deepen your understanding of Pilates and accelerate the benefits of your workout practice. Whole Pilates workshops are a fun addition to your regular practice, and some can be a great way to get started learning Pilates.
At-Home Pilates
Finding the time to get fit can be a challenge, let alone factoring in travel time. Let Whole Pilates come to you and give you a personalized workout experience on the mat, or on your own equipment. Additional props that your trainer may utilize are Pilates circles, foam rolls, small weights, bands, balls, and foot correctors.

Zoom Sessions
Whether you're snowed in at home, traveling for business, or away on vacation, you can enjoy a great Pilates workout with a Pilates teacher that you trust and who knows you. All you need is a free Zoom account and a video cam on your computer or tablet. Your instructor will be able to observe and guide you through an invigorating Pilates workout wherever you are in the world!
